Condition of items:
All items I sell are pre-owned, vintage or antique. Occasionaly we will list items from a wholesale or retail outlet, if this is the case it will be specified in the description. READ the description. We describe each of our items as accuratly as possible and will include as much information as we know about it. Includeing Flaws and measurements. If you have any questions please email me prior to ordering. I'd rather lose a sale than have a disgruntled customer.
Payment: Required with in 2 business days. Items will be mailed once payment is recieived.
International customers: All International customers - Email me with your address and I can calculate the best shipping method prior to your purchase.
If you are buying more than one item and take a break your shopping cart will empty out. Make a note of the item numbers you have in your cart before leaving your computer.
Think carefully about mailing payment. Adding the cost of a money order and stamps to the price of the item might make it not such a bargain. Add to that the extra two weeks approximately in receiving your item. If that is your only option, I will accept US$ post office money orders (domestic) from the USA and Canadian Post Office US$ money orders only. I do not accept personal checks from anyone for any reason.
Combined shipping: I give it whether you request it or not.
The more you buy the more you save. The postage for the first item is always the most expensive. Adding additional items sometimes add nothing to the shipping of the first or very little. It all depends on the kind of items you are buying. I try to ship out as soon as possible,I do not charge a packing or handling fee.
Remember shipping fees are not refundable.
Shipping/Insurance:Insurance against loss or damage is always the buyers option. I get A+s for packing through Ebay feedback all the time. However, I cannot be responsible for your item once it leaves my watchful eyes.
I ship worldwide via USPS flat rate or economy or Canada Post unless you want to pay a premium for airmail. Please let me know your time constraints and requirements prior to ordering.
Returns: All items are sold as is unless other wise stated. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me via email within 24 hours of receipt. I incourage you request insurance for your package, it is cheap and can save a lot of head aches.
Allow 2 weeks from date of mailing before reporting your package as lost. Most USA packages have delivery confirmation on them. If the package is insured you must wait for the bureaucratic wheels to turn. I will work with you, but don't issue the refunds.
Finally, and this is important, as internet providers attempt to stem SPAM emails, they quite frequently discard important emails. If you have emailed me for whatever reason and don’t get an answer within 24 hours, check your spam/phishing files or that you don’t have blocks on mail from unrecognized contacts. I answer ALL emails within 24 hours and usually much sooner.
